Reliance Events UK can provide experienced, well trained and qualified staff to your event.

We have experience at providing services to a range of events such as festivals, fetes, marathons and sporting events. We know how events should be, and what can happen if you don't provide the right services and staff to the right events.

The Purple Guide states that welfare provision should be provided to staff and to customers. Providing such also means that the medical provider isn't overwhelmed with patients that may just need more holistic or supportive care and staff feel more supported in carrying out their duties

Making your event safe

The key to keeping an event safe, secure and running properly is having good, well trained staff on the ground.

We are able to provide security and stewarding staff for your event, this can be to help with ticketing, directions or to ensure that the spectators, participants and anyone involved are kept safe.

Stewards are usually the first face of the event that customers will see, so ensuring a professional, consistent image is key to a good event.

All our staff are trained to the highest standard, are provided with I.D. cards and security staff are all licensed by the SIA.

Stewards and marshals are key to a good customer experience at an event. They are often full of useful information, advice and cheer - allowing your guests to be safe in the knowledge that if they get lost, or confused there's someone easily idnetifiable just around the corner

Our stewards are experienced at events, will be in uniform and a hi-vis jacket and will always go the extra mile for your customers!

Trained, Experienced & Qualified

All our security staff are nationally licensed by the SIA to provide such services, they are experienced at security provision at events and allow for you to ensure that the safety of your guests is paramount.

They all are provided with uniform, a hi-vis and radio to communicate with control, allowing for a shared situational awareness of any ongoing or predicted incident.

Some events often require a more holistic and less clinical environment, allowing the medical provider to focus on injury and illness.

Our welfare staff are experienced at providing an holistic service, ensuring your guests are looked after. Whether that's a bed for an intoxicated guest to sleep it off, or a friendly face or safe space for someone to go to. We are here, trained and experienced to deal with anything that comes our way.
